LPG Manager- Deer Park, TX buy in US, Free Classifieds Ads

Responsible for the management of the LPG department, to include sales and marketing activities, development of sales growth plan, generation of required reports, establishing and maintaining customer relationships and enhancement of the image and reputation of SGS in the marketplace.
Responsibilities also include: recruiting and training of field personnel, working with finance on budget, and legal for contracts and management for final approvals for successful completion of projects, organizing and developing inspection procedures and processes, communicate procedures, processes, tools, and guidelines to ensure the safe handling of customer products.
Responsible for LPG calculation programs including: design, implementation, training, and troubleshooting.
Creates and maintains business relationships with key customers through regularly scheduled meetings, anticipating customer needs and ensuring operational excellence;
Increases sales and grows profitability in assigned accounts and product lines;
Establishes sales growth plan through the development and regular update of Sales Target Sheets;
Work with management to identify projects and priorities
Develop cross-selling opportunities across business lines as they present themselves;
Maintains sales information systems and expense reporting systems via communications of weekly highlights, contact reports, expense reports, etc. in a timely and accurate manner;
Increases industry awareness and knowledge by attending appropriate industry conferences and company meetings;
Establish timeline for projects and based on those priorities work with finance for Capex approval;
Liaison between management and vendors to come up with the best value for our investment;
Initiate, develop and leverage tools, reports, processes and procedures to accommodate customer specific requirement;
Provide training on processes/procedures as needed;
Provide technical support and serve as customer service focal point. Assist client with global process improvements and third party issues;
Review all LPG Reports for accuracy and completeness, prior to reporting results to client;
Rectify Invoice Discrepancies and customer disputes.

College Degree, preferably in technical discipline or transferrable experience; with a minimum of 10 years industry experience;
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact and effectively communicate with individuals at all levels in an organization
Commercial acumen and advanced negotiation skills;
Must have unquestionable business and personal ethical standards and integrity.
High levels of resourcefulness and execution skills (strategy through implementation);
Tenacity and a high level of personal drive are required;
Demonstrates a collaborative approach to problem solving with peers, team members, management and customers
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make sound suggestions or recommendations.
Time management skills which include the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently while achieving the different deadlines. Coordinate, manage, and conduct multiple projects within tight deadlines.

In accordance with the SGS HSE Management System requirements, disposes of, or directs the disposal of, waste generated as a part of daily work performed in a safe manner and in compliance with all waste transportation and disposal regulations and requirements.
Reports all incidents (actual incidents and near misses) in accordance with the SGS Incident Reporting requirements.
Uses all equipment (including safety equipment) in the manner intended and reports any damaged / lost equipment to supervisor.
Maintain a safe and tidy worksite.
Maintains awareness of hazards and proposes controls to supervisor, HSE Representatives or relevant client / site contact.
Actively participates in incident investigations and risk assessments as deemed necessary by SGS management.
