Learning and Evaluation Coordinator buy in US, Free Classifieds Ads

Job Summary:
The Learning and Evaluation Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Learning and Evaluation in directing the UM Program efforts to improve core service functions (Medical, Education, Case Management, Clinical, Training, and Youth Care Worker Services) and tracks that UM Programs (25 total) are in compliance with agency and State Licensing policies and standards, as well as with regulations outlined in contract with the Office of Refugee Resettlement. The position may require more work hours than the normal eight-hour workday and also may require 30-40% travel. This position provides support predominately to South Texas-based programs.
Essential Functions:
Assist in developing, managing, and implementing UM Immigrant Program data evaluations, tools, and systems to collect, analyze, and interpret continuous learning and quality improvement activities.
Conduct onsite, program monitoring at UM Immigrant Programs, to identify best performance and quality improvement practices.
Collaborate on information infrastructure required to support PQI system. Ensure that information is collected on a timely basis, regular reports and information on progress are distributed, and make recommendations for future improvements based on the data.
Foster dissemination and insights for management and all UM Departments from research and evaluation efforts.
Provide clear and concise presentations and reports for management to help drive data-driven decision making.
Provides technical assistance and auditing functions when directed.
Help programs prepare for auditing activities and track monitoring results.
Other duties and projects as requested.
Other Functions:
Participate in and comply with all meetings, assignments, process improvement, and quality improvement initiatives as assigned by supervisor.
Must be available to travel to other cities, states, SWK sites, and community sites as needed in order to support necessary program operations and as needed for required training and implementation of new initiatives (estimated 30-40% travel).
Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with three (3) years' experience, or Master's degree with one (I) year experience in social services, preferably in a human service setting.
Experience interfacing directly with a variety of populations and client bases.
Ability to problem-solve and utilize critical thinking skills to address challenges.
Knowledge and advanced skill set in the use of computers, Microsoft Products, and database and project management software (for example, ETO, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Trello), including an ability to learn new software quickly.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization, including but not limited to:
Executive Management, UM Programs, and Headquarters. Must be project and goal oriented.
Skills Preferred:
Knowledge of Efforts To Outcomes (ETO) or Salesforce
Bilingual.
At least two (2) years' experience in UM programs.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to read, write, and communicate. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee is required to bend, lift, seize, hold, grasp, turn, or otherwise work with hand or hands. Must be able to lift up to l 0 pounds.
Work Environment:
Ability to work a flexible work schedule is required dependent upon the department, facility or program in which s/he works and job duties assigned. Work schedules are subject to variation from time to time depending on the needs of the department, facility or program.
